The item is supplied pre-assembled in a suitable IP30 housing.

The extension unit can be mounted below the VAP1-FES or VAP1-FES 7Z products and screwed and wired via existing openings.
On the extension unit, the following functions can be selectively activated for each area: Live Fire Announcements, Stored Evacuation and alert Announcements, Cancel Automatic Voice Alarm Announcement (Automatic Off).
